The Thursday Report started as a weekly newsletter to our
staff. It was a great way to share
company news across distributed locations.
But pretty soon I started using it as my personal soapbox. It was good to share my meandering thoughts
and ideas. It was great that people read
it!
I always have opinions about lots of things. And I encourage others to do the same. The conversations that follow from expressing
my opinions or from listening to other people’s opinions excite me. I hope readers of the blog will engage with
me.
Blogging is a wonderful way to share ideas. I find that writing often generates more ideas. That’s not to say that writing a blog is not
a challenge for me, quite the opposite.
But here I am, ready to take on that challenge with gusto!
We need a new newsletter for the company – I’d better get to that.
